Pinot Noir & Chardonnay

The Pinot Noir underwent fermentation with 50% whole clusters in stainless steel, enhancing its structure and aromatic complexity, before being transferred to neutral French oak barrels for aging. The Chardonnay was barrel-fermented in neutral and second-use oak, imparting a nuanced richness that distinguishes it from our Fair Trade Chardonnay bottlings. Both wines are aged for approximately 12 months in barrel before being blended and bottled without filtration.

This wine was born during our spring blending trials—a process that spans several days and often invites creative detours. This blend was one such tangent, and it stuck. While we’re not the first to unite these two noble varietals—and certainly won’t be the last—we believe there’s something singular in this rendition
