The fruit underwent 100% carbonic maceration and was pressed after 21 days in tank. The wine was then matured in neutral barrels for 10 months, followed by an additional eight months in bottle prior to release.

The vines are trellised and farmed with alternating row tillage and deficit irrigation. Emphasis is placed on cover cropping and nitrogen replenishment through the dormant season and into spring, supporting healthy vineyard soils and allowing for extended fermentations without the risk of a stressed native yeast population
