Shipping

We ship wine within the United States where permitted by law. Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days. You'll receive tracking information by email once your order is on its way.

Adult Signature

Someone age 21 or older with valid identification must be available to sign for all wine deliveries. When placing your order, please choose a shipping address where an adult will be available to receive the package during the day.

Weather Holds

Wine is sensitive to extreme temperatures. During periods of excessive heat or cold, we may temporarily hold your shipment to protect the quality of the wine. If your order is affected by a weather hold, we'll let you know and ship it as soon as conditions allow.

Delivery Issues

If a delivery is unsuccessful or a shipment is returned to us, please contact us at hello@catchandreleasewines.com. We'll work with you to arrange another shipment at no additional shipping cost.
