Watermelon jolly rancher meets lemon head and it goes really well. We like Rosé that can hold up to 101 degrees and clear skies. This wine is built for solar reprieve and batting eyelashes.

The grapes are pressed whole cluster and the juice settles for 48 hours before being moved to a mixture of neutral oak and stainless steel drums for primary and secondary fermentation. The wine is aged on fine lees for 6 months before being bottled unfiltered. 100% native yeast, and the only addition was S02.
These 30 year old head trained vines are tucked away in the middle of Dry Creek Valley and farmed with a gentle touch. A light pruning in the early spring, and some ad hoc leafing make up the majority of the vineyard inputs. Well established and self sufficient. If only we could say the same about ourselves.
Bottled unfined, unfiltered.
Pairing
Sunshine, oysters, guacamole.
Serving
Nothing too technical here - nice and cold.

The story of Little Beauty
We met Thomas & Brian in 2021 through a mutual love for racy Rosé and have been working with the fruit ever since. Due to the low alcohol and high acid profile we look to achieve in this wine it is typically the first vineyard we pick, and sets the tone for the months to come.
