Catch & Release is an exercise in creativity, a test of patience, and a whole lotta fun. We hope that TLC shines through in everything we do.
We’re not farmers, but we work with some pretty good ones! Our fruit comes from select organic or biodynamically farmed vineyards, that range from the Anderson Valley to the Santa Cruz mountains.
In the cellar
All wines are fermented with native, ambient yeast.
We use S02 sparingly when needed. Nothing else.
We bottle all of our wines unfiltered to preseve character & texture.
